The level of thought required to solve problems of existential nature is available within humanity’s reach. We just need to utilise our distraction engines to help humanity serve the grand purpose that they are intended for. This growth is not just linear building on top of each other. It can also be more organic and random but create a more holistic result. We favour organic thought is because linear thought which is built on the natural theory of reasoning i.e. thought built on thought. Whereas holistic thought is built on experience, emotion, inspiration, imagination. logic and creativity.
Act first! think later? Nah! Think fast and act fast - that’s a much better approach. Think from multiple perspectives with a clear approach. Consider the consequences and build on them as a publicity boost. Utlize this to grow your venture and keep repeating till you solve the problems that you can solve. The other approach is to approach one aspect of the problem - take it up as a project solve it and then move onto a different problem.
The microscopic approach allows the teams working on a project seem to be more agile more so than teams handling multiple projects. They seem to have space to innovate and create more impactful artistic or dramatic creations. The nature of the creative thought means that the project can be replicated by other teams just as easily as long the requisite experience, expertise as well as imagination, creativity and decision making capability in equal share. The economic sustainability of that also plays a big role in its success.
The project elements are usually unique to its result but it can be brought down to 10 major elements as shown as the image below. The team should have a balance of functional experts and cross-functional personnel - like finance and client communications etc.
So how do we go about building a successful project? Imagine you are trying to build a dam! The amount of preparation, expertise, surety, that goes into these kind of large scale construction models is epic and thorough. There is no room for error. And their constructions means water for irrigation becomes an asset that is easy to access. In short it makes life easy for everyone around through a feat of geo-engineering. The prep time to build a dam is as important to the construction time. The most important part is to leave time for the planning part. The strategy for the plan comes after the purpose of the plan is finalised.
Once the plan and the strategy is in place. The execution phase is around innovating around the strictness of the plan to create more perfection in the final product. It takes practice to implement but once a flow is in place. There is no stopping project-oriented thinking. It will leave an impact in any field.
